The story
L’Étape du Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift was born in 2025, the cyclosportive open to everyone, modeled after the queen stage of the Tour de France Femmes. Anyone can line up to ride the route of a mountain stage on closed roads, in true pro-race conditions.
This 1st edition linked Chambéry to the Col de la Madeleine: a demanding mountain route capped by the legendary climb. Sofia crossed the finish line in 6h35, finishing 421st woman out of 1186 and 2177th overall out of 4267 finishers.
